What drives the number.
We won't hand you a list price and walk back from it. Every quote is built from the same inputs, so you see exactly why your number is your number.
- • Number of operating locations
- • Divisions / contract structures
- • Total user count (pilots, MX, admin, finance…)
- • Aircraft fleet count & types
- • Integrations (ERP, HRIS, training systems)
- • Custom reports & exports
- • Customer-specific workflow adjustments
- • Historical data migration
- • CUI / ITAR handling requirements
- • Audit & documentation scope
- • Deployment model (multi-tenant vs. dedicated)
- • Support tier & SLA
Every plan includes a one-time setup fee covering initial configuration, location setup, user import, role mapping, and onboarding. The setup fee is quoted alongside the monthly subscription so you know the full first-year cost before you sign.
Quick answers.
Why don't you publish price lists?
Because a single-location det and a 15-location multi-division program aren't the same product, and pretending otherwise punishes the smaller operator. We quote after we understand the scope.
What does the setup fee cover?
Initial tenant provisioning, location and aircraft configuration, role mapping, user import, integration setup, and onboarding sessions for your DO, OSM, and ops staff.
Can we start small and scale up?
Yes. Start at Essential, grow into Professional or Enterprise as locations, fleet, or compliance requirements expand. No re-platforming.
Is there a free trial?
We run guided pilot programs with design partners instead of self-serve trials. You get real configuration, real support, and a real path to production.
Do you charge per seat?
Total user count factors into the quote, but we don't run a per-seat ratchet that punishes growth. Your monthly price won't jump because you added three more contract pilots, a new MX lead, or a finance admin.
What about government buying cycles?
Enterprise contracts align to fiscal years and award cycles. We're set up to invoice on government-friendly terms and work through standard acquisition vehicles.
